PLEASE NOTE: Will Leather Goods offices will be closed Thursday, December 26th to observe the Christmas holiday. Orders placed after 12pm PST on December 23rd will be shipped no later than December 27th.
- Orders placed Monday through Friday are shipped within 24–48 hours after the order is confirmed and payment is received. Purchases made before a holiday are scheduled to be shipped the following business day.
- Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. In nearly all cases your order will be delivered within our estimated window. Exceptions are generally due to circumstances outside of our control, including weather and unexpected carrier delays. Please anticipate modest delays during heavy seasonal shopping periods or when experiencing weather or natural disaster events in your area.
- Choosing to personalize a product with embossing will likely result in a 1-day delay in shipping, depending on order volume and seasonal increases in personalization requests.
- Tracking information is sent for every purchase via email after we have handed the package off to a carrier.
- International Orders: Will Leather Goods currently delivers to a limited number of countries. Please note that your international purchase may be subject to certain import customs, duties and taxes imposed by your country upon delivery. These charges are NOT included in the prices and shipping costs listed on this site. As the importer of record, you must comply with your local laws and regulations and pay all applicable duties, taxes and fees. Accordingly, we recommend that you contact your local customs office for an estimate of any applicable taxes and duties you may be charged upon delivery and for further information.
